Refund refused by United Homes Montreal Holdings

On July 11, 1983, I signed up for United Homes Montreal Holdings's maintenance program at their Lake Lily, Delaware location. I was told that the service would include solution, but after paying $439.43, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Abbie E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
