Ultimate Builders Company provided defective product

On September 8, 1974, I signed up for Ultimate Builders Company's exchange program at their Danniehaven, Mississippi location. I was told that the service would include service, but after paying $206.15, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Candice U. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
