I have been a loyal customer of WirelessStream for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered appliance (order #ORD-7758-YKD-2267) on February 8, 1987, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
