Billing dispute with Cell Technologies

On August 29, 1987, I signed up for Cell Technologies's installation service at their Port Coryside, Maryland location. I was told that the service would include subscription, but after paying $737.52, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Leann O. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
