I am writing regarding order #ORD-5531-BES-6027 placed with Projects Bros Naples on October 22, 1981. I paid $137.8 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Virginie Q. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
