I want to report a serious concern with Design Bros Corp.'s package that I purchased on September 23, 1976 from your East Nikita, Mississippi store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Terrell S., but my issue remains unresolved.
