I purchased a item from Dynamic Structures Sao Paulo International on April 12, 2016. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Zetta W. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
