Overcharged by FusionCom Technologies for service

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8839-QDK-3862 placed with FusionCom Technologies on April 13, 1988. I paid $244.28 for solution, but when it arrived, I discovered was denied a refund. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Chyna Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
