Poor customer service experience with Precision Construction & Sons

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8479-GFT-1200 placed with Precision Construction & Sons on January 26, 1979. I paid $192.94 for account, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Keara U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
