I want to report a serious concern with Net Cellular Rio de Janeiro's package that I purchased on July 11, 1975 from your West Sydni, Alaska store. The product has doesn't work as advertised despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Sydney X., but my issue remains unresolved.
