Hidden fees discovered from Link.Phone Inc.

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2991-YPB-5031 placed with Link.Phone Inc. on December 9, 2015. I paid $234.58 for appliance, but when it arrived, I discovered has a manufacturing defect. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Devin M. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
