On August 29, 2024, I signed up for Properties Enterprises's troubleshooting service at their Vedaville, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $239.48, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Lennie S. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
