Warranty claim denied by Construction Contractors

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4147-CCM-9644 placed with Construction Contractors on February 21, 1974. I paid $355.2 for plan, but when it arrived, I discovered was damaged upon delivery. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Ciara L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
