Unsatisfactory resolution from Strong Engineering Development

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2433-FFL-1073 placed with Strong Engineering Development on October 6, 2005. I paid $304.83 for service, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Francisco G. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
