Warranty claim denied by Development Development

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6286-QOC-2456 placed with Development Development on October 17, 1982. I paid $420.62 for membership, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Darion U. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
