I purchased a appliance from Fusion-Net on July 2, 1987. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Walton M. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
