I want to report a serious concern with Global Broadband's accessory that I purchased on February 15, 2012 from your Cliftonbury, Washington store. The product has arrived significantly late despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ena W., but my issue remains unresolved.
