I am writing regarding order #ORD-4503-SLL-9814 placed with Global Broadband on April 22, 2011. I paid $981.45 for subscription, but when it arrived, I discovered received incorrect information. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Morris S. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
