Comm-Voice Holdings refused to address issue

On July 5, 1975, I signed up for Comm-Voice Holdings's technical assistance at their Port Gabrielle, Colorado location. I was told that the service would include appliance, but after paying $744.8, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Otto D. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
