I purchased a plan from Comm-Voice Holdings on June 29, 2007. Shortly after using it, I experienced experienced long delays. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Percival T. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
