Innovative Builders Builders refused to address issue

On March 15, 2018, I signed up for Innovative Builders Builders's exchange program at their Waelchimouth, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $608.97, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Letha K. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
