False promises made by Contractors Construction representative

On September 2, 2014, I signed up for Contractors Construction's repair service at their West Chelsiehaven, Oklahoma location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $156.31, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Candice E. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
