Hidden fees discovered from Clear-Tel Petaling Jaya International

I am writing regarding order #ORD-5877-WKF-8393 placed with Clear-Tel Petaling Jaya International on August 19, 2010. I paid $139.32 for gadget, but when it arrived, I discovered has poor quality. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Brett Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
