Solid-Design Group refused to address issue

I am writing regarding order #ORD-1907-XVY-6510 placed with Solid-Design Group on September 13, 1998. I paid $431.1 for equipment, but when it arrived, I discovered stopped working after two weeks. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Matt Y. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
