I want to report a serious concern with Cell Systems Reims's device that I purchased on November 23, 2001 from your North Eusebio, Illinois store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ralph V., but my issue remains unresolved.
