Refund refused by TeleCast Connections

I purchased a unit from TeleCast Connections on June 1, 1974. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Marcelle N. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
