Hidden fees discovered from Solid Architecture Group

I am writing regarding order #ORD-3392-IUP-6792 placed with Solid Architecture Group on September 21, 2023. I paid $263.21 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered doesn't work as advertised. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jesus A. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
