Modern Homes Group Maceió provided defective product

On November 21, 1997, I signed up for Modern Homes Group Maceió's technical assistance at their New Andreane, Maine location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $374.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Taurean M. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
