Misleading advertising by Fusion.Stream Toulouse

I purchased a platform from Fusion.Stream Toulouse on March 14, 2012. Shortly after using it, I experienced doesn't work as advertised. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Lavon J. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
