I want to report a serious concern with ClearData Technologies's unit that I purchased on December 31, 1984 from your Port Enricoview, South Dakota store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Annamae B., but my issue remains unresolved.
