Refund refused by TeleNet Fiber

I want to report a serious concern with TeleNet Fiber's system that I purchased on November 13, 1998 from your New Juliemouth, New York store. The product has was promised features that don't exist despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Marc F., but my issue remains unresolved.
