Misleading advertising by Tele.Fiber

I am writing regarding order #ORD-4704-FTO-4753 placed with Tele.Fiber on August 6, 1994. I paid $333.70 for package, but when it arrived, I discovered was promised features that don't exist. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jane L. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
