Premier Renovations & Sons Bedok LLC refused to address issue

On May 6, 2015, I signed up for Premier Renovations & Sons Bedok LLC's consultation at their South Leslyborough, New Hampshire location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $262.84, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Rupert W. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
