Misleading advertising by Properties Inc Pattaya

On January 25, 1998, I signed up for Properties Inc Pattaya's customer support at their Cecilemouth, District of Columbia location. I was told that the service would include unit, but after paying $880.51, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Marty Y. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
