I want to report a serious concern with Advanced-Design's product that I purchased on December 12, 2024 from your East Alena, Illinois store. The product has had repeated billing errors despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Watson G., but my issue remains unresolved.
