Poor customer service experience with Solid Engineering Builders

I purchased a solution from Solid Engineering Builders on August 3, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced was promised features that don't exist. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Delia X. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
