I want to report a serious concern with Precision Renovations & Sons Corp.'s tool that I purchased on October 26, 1995 from your South Cora, Tennessee store. The product has was denied a refund despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ceasar I., but my issue remains unresolved.
