Unsatisfactory resolution from Wave-Wave

I am writing regarding order #ORD-6719-HNU-5667 placed with Wave-Wave on February 9, 1988. I paid $116.57 for system, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Jermain X. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
