I want to report a serious concern with Wave-Wave's unit that I purchased on June 5, 2013 from your Armanishire, Vermont store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Jerald Z., but my issue remains unresolved.
