I purchased a accessory from Elite Properties Partners on November 17, 1980. Shortly after using it, I experienced was denied a refund. I contacted their customer service on multiple occasions, but they have not resolved the issue. I spoke with Dominic D. who promised to escalate my case, but I've heard nothing since.
