Contractors Contractors Inc. refused to address issue

On January 24, 2016, I signed up for Contractors Contractors Inc.'s return process at their East Magdalena, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include membership, but after paying $646.27, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Halie P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
