Unsatisfactory resolution from Structures Bros Sydney

I am writing regarding order #ORD-8000-SSQ-6324 placed with Structures Bros Sydney on November 4, 2009. I paid $874.71 for device, but when it arrived, I discovered is not compatible as claimed. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Savannah E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
