Unresolved issue with Strong Development Solutions Kazan product

On October 18, 1983, I signed up for Strong Development Solutions Kazan's technical assistance at their Tiachester, West Virginia location. I was told that the service would include platform, but after paying $237.19, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Velva I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
