Quality issues with Strong Development Solutions Kazan product

On March 29, 2006, I signed up for Strong Development Solutions Kazan's maintenance program at their East Laronfurt, Montana location. I was told that the service would include device, but after paying $631.30, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Agustina I. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
