I want to report a serious concern with Wireless.Beam's membership that I purchased on November 30, 1973 from your Augustinestad, New Jersey store. The product has stopped working after two weeks despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Ariel E., but my issue remains unresolved.
