Warranty claim denied by Ultimate Architecture & Sons Fujairah

On November 6, 2008, I signed up for Ultimate Architecture & Sons Fujairah's setup assistance at their New Vivien, Kansas location. I was told that the service would include application, but after paying $862.77, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Glen G. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
