I have been a loyal customer of SwiftCell Technologies Group for several years. However, my recent experience has been extremely disappointing. I ordered device (order #ORD-1649-MVQ-5192) on July 17, 1974, and have encountered arrived significantly late. Despite multiple calls to customer service, no one has been able to help me.
