Clear-Wireless Group provided defective product

I am writing regarding order #ORD-2565-LXW-9029 placed with Clear-Wireless Group on May 16, 1971. I paid $177.3 for item, but when it arrived, I discovered is missing essential components. I've made numerous attempts to contact customer service, but Talon E. and other representatives have not been helpful in resolving this matter.
