On August 13, 2008, I signed up for Comm-Link's premium plan at their North Margaretteshire, New York location. I was told that the service would include equipment, but after paying $224.12, I discovered this wasn't the case. When I called to resolve this, Breanne P. was unhelpful and refused to address my concerns.
