I want to report a serious concern with Fusion.Tel Corp.'s platform that I purchased on September 23, 2000 from your Maureenberg, Nevada store. The product has was damaged upon delivery despite being advertised as high quality. I've contacted customer service three times and spoken to Libbie C., but my issue remains unresolved.
